Moving Boxes: Extra Large Moving Boxes

No move is complete without moving boxes and supplies. There are different types of boxes available for packaging, storing and transporting household goods. Extra large moving boxes are good for shipping large, lightweight or bulky items.

Household items like blankets, comforters, clothes, lamps, pillows, etc. can be packaged in these boxes. A standard extra large box is 23x23x16” and sold 15 per bundle. Anything packed in them should not be too heavy so they can be easily carried.These boxes are usually shipped flat and are packed in a protective Frame Box which can be used to pack paintings or mirrors. U-Haul sells extra large moving boxes. Their extra large moving boxes are 24" x 18" x 24" (6.0 cu/ft) and cost around $3.75 per box.
